Question
Recently, a learning module entitled Honor Our Voices was created by the Minnesota Center Against Violence and Abuse and the Center for Advanced Studies in Child Welfare at the University of Minnesota. The purpose of the learning module is to present children’s’ perspectives of violence while providing key issues and promising practices in working with children exposed to domestic violence.
The Honor Our Voices training centers on the diaries of three children. Their diaries are composites of real life stories and events of children exposed to domestic violence. Users are able to page through each of the three diaries at their own pace while exploring interactive audio and visual highlights and learning how to respond to children of different ages.
For the purposes of this discussion, please go to http://www.honorourvoices.org/
