Article 1- whats makes employee harder one punishment or pampering. - Being boss & considering human as machinery then neither punishment nor pampering affects the behavior. But later it found that human being is input for business houses , which can be motivated with help of non physical input viz insult and praise. Enjoyment & habit of enjoyment both are different concept. To understand this just take an example who is drinking to whom. And takes discipline as wine, then observe wether employee is drinking to wine or , wine is drinking to employee. Thus there is no proper answer, needs contentious alteration, employee can work only when there is proper and acceptable discipline. Moment freedom get available for to be indiscipline then it result in poor show. Also excess discipline also develop bottlenecks. Thus treat employee as boss treat as boss treat to self.
