She also reports increased foelings of worthlessness, suicidal ideation, anhedonia, and procrastination. She is presenting to you just after a week long stay in the hospital. She was hospitalized for a suicide attempt. She reports some Gl tract problems but no other physical ealth concerns What diagnosis would best fit Rosa's symptoms? Rosa is a 27 year old, Hispanic woman, who is a graduate student in philosophy of religion. She has a family history of neglect & physical violence. Currently she has daily contact with parents but reports that she has few friends because "lm afraid to let people too close, I think that they will reject me."
