Search the internet and find three different strategies that parents could use to alleviate their children’s fear of the dark.
Justify each strategy from the point of view of the theorist that would support each one. Why would that strategy work given the perspective of that theory OR why would it not work given the perspective or theory?

the first strategy would help build trusting relationship with the child which is the core prescription for general approach to all theraputic models
the second strategy primarily draws insights from behavioral as the child uses various means of controling the situation each instance would reinforce his self confidence and feeling of control
the third strategy draws basically upon cognitive behavior model of treatment that emphaisizes use of various techniques (cognitive - challenge or behavioral - testing) to disprove and discard the false beliefs and inappropriate assumptions
