PARAGRAPH--1--TITLE--The positive benefits of health exercise involve regulation of cardiac output and heart blood flow rate, prevention of various other cardiovascular diseases,improved respiratory system outflow and inflow of gases in lungs, decreased unrinary diseases, less stress and anxiety ,building of muscle tonicity and flexibility with decrease in the stimulation of neurons and less craving for alcohol, nicotine, drugs, and tobacco, increase in visibility and mental alertness, decrease in laziness, halucinations,hysteria and other personality defects.Various physical activity parameters are calculated like calorific value of food intake, muscle strength and tensile strength, power build up, calculation of protein load on liver and other organs, filtration rate of protein in kidney and excretion of proteins in urine during and before exercises.The statistical survey calculates all these parameters in various patients and normal persons performing exercise.
PARAGRAPH-2--Personal experiance--According to statistical survey, a lot of persons personal experiances were considered who were alcohol addicts, drug addicts of cocaine, nicotine and caffeine with tendency to smoke a lot.The alcohol victims in rehabilitation reported increase in the size of liver with destruction of liver cells leading to fatty liver syndrome and liver cirrhosis with increase in biliverdin,bilirubin, serum alkaline phosphates and serum glutamate-oxaoacetate transferases.The alcohol victims had craving for repeated intake of alcohol due to elevated mental feeling and an highly enjoyable mood initially after intake of drugs but later it led to the failure of varrious organs.The cigarette smoking victims reported oral and mouth cancer,with deposition of nicotine and tobacco soot in lungs with elevated levels of epidermal growth response factors, trypsin, connective tissue growth factor in lungs.The deposition of soot led to the destruction of cells and tissues in lungs with obstruction of air flow in lung alveoli.
2)The persons who were addicted to drugs like cocaine, opium and other alkaloids derivatives from plants gave various versions like--Their visibility got reduced with decrease in mental alertness, they had hallucinations,with delirium and hysteria with a feeling of being elated and in a highly alert stage with serious depression, anxiety and stress after some hours of intake of drugs.Initially their mental and physical stamina increased but later the drugs destroyed and degraded their organs and their functioning.There was development of tracts of craving and further it increased their demand for drugs and if these drugs were not available, further it led to the development of seizures with migraine attacks and facial thrush with feeling of heat and insensitive behavior towards other persons, short tempered behavior,angry response and feeling of anxiety and stress.
PARAGRAPH 3--This includes the statistical analysis of cravings habits and behavior in patients residing in rehabilitation centres by counsellors,care takers and social workers.The patients are protected in a proper environment,with furnished and proper facilities,neat and clean environment with good heath and hygeine.The repeated usage of smoking ,alcohol and drugs creates signals and tracts in various parts of the brain like cerebellum,cortex and cerebrum leading to craving, seizures and eccentric response when withdrawn called as withdrawal syndromes.
CONCLUSION--The rehabilitation is provided in proper environment with provision of placebo drugs and other tablets like nicotex which have very similar effects on brain without causing destruction of organs and glands of body.Further doctors keep a regular check on the diet and eating habits of patients with constant monitoring with precision.
