NSC-68 includes a treaty of United states of america under president Harry Truman after world war-II and was initially compiled after the testing of bomb by soviet union in 1949 and destruction of china after its end on communalization.The world war-II led to the destruction of major bomb explosion countries like Britain,Germany, and France.The only world powers included america and soviet union as as a consequence of this war , soviet union declared its supremacy over the rest of the world as a most superior power.United states passed the NSC-68 ruling and treaty which included the design of nuclear bombs and hydrogen bombs and invested funds worth billions of dollars to compete with the soviet union in the post world war-II era.

The patriot act was passed by america after attacks on them in september 2001.The act involved the electronic and satellite surveillance of terrorists and their activities in fragile regions.It prohibited the distribution of arms and ammunitions to terrorists who try to invade fragile areas and occupy them for inhabitation.It also includes surveillance by unmaned aircrafts and planes with the ruling of use of weapons and nuclear warfare and bombs for destruction of terrorists in fragile regions fro spreading their unknown integrity to new places along with inhabitation and mixing of races for evolutionary significance.Further network stations with interlinking facilities were developed along with setting up of task forces to combat terrorism in unknown regions of the parent country where there is no inhabitation after occupying those regions for obtaining more advanced races.Further court decides the verdict on terrorists and the funding provided by them after earning in foreign lands with ruling and authority for security forces to shoot them at site without any declaration and passing of orders.
