Suppose you have been given the opportunity to design the ideal school. Select three important elements you would include in your plan to maximize the academic achievement and social development of the children who will attend. Explain why you made the choices you did. Be sure to reference specific theorists approaches when justifying why you would implement a specific policy for your school. (Locke, Rousseau, Paget, Vygotsky, Bronfenbrenner. Burton & Clark, McLoyd, etc.) Remember that in a school there are bound to be clicks, different levels of learning, income backgrounds, ethnic/racial diversity, rural/urban settings, gender issue, etc. Your job is to tell me how you will handle these situations some of the theories we have discussed throughout the semester.

Explanation / Answer

For me, an ideal school develop its principles with goal to achieve success of all students. Providing for this success for all students and measuring it must be accomplished with many principles. If teachers are going to meet the needs of all students, they must build a toolbox of strategies that is geared towards diverse learners and learn how to work effectively with each of their students. There are many things involved in development of ideal school includes following, attitude of staff and principle, teamwork, good communication environment and parental involvement in student oriented development programs. Along with this all I would like include three main principles in to that.

Every student need different type of approach to teach them to learn the things efficiently and quickly. Along with education every student need good communication and social knowledge. Some of the students might good in one aspect other might be in other skills. Programs implemented in the ideal school should consider all of the students in school irrespective gender, economy of students, their level of knowledge.

2.Development of curriculum relevant to JOB oriented:

If we developed curriculum expectations of current markets that in more practical way along with theoretical it helps the student achieve their goals in efficiently. Practical way teaching help the students know what actually they have to do and what education is intended and it simultaneously full fill the skill requirement personnel for companies.

3.Well organized environment that is conductive to learning :

       One excellent way to support better learning in school is to provide the students with a clean and well- organized environment where they can develop their skills and increase their knowledge. A clean and comfortable school setting helps enhance the teaching and learning experience.
