Explanation / Answer

1. According to me, the most strong area regarding managing diversity is accepting people. I understand the concept of diversity and due to this diversity, no one should make fun of anyone just because of their color or race. It is just the way they were born. I personally believe in giving chances to everyone if they're willing to do the same to me.

2. I think i need improvement in showing people what i feel. I have a tendency to get along with what other people say without any difficulty because it may be the "in" thing to do at that time and place. I need to learn how to accept the way I feel and should not ignore my true feelings.

3. It can be improved by communicating more with people. A vast diversity of people exist in the world, by communicating with them i will be able to understand the concept of diversity.
