1. Giving feedback to others plays an important role in my life, as I like to receive the same as well. When a person asks me for his opinion,I would rather be honest so that they could benefit in their subsequent lectures, rather than giving a neutral answer such as it was fine. Similarly, I would like to obtain honest opinions as well since that would also help me improve.
2. Giving feedback to others, and if they could implement them and benefit in the future such that they could obtain better grades or a better feedback, or if their idea could be conveyed in a more effective manner, that would make me feel as if my advice has been fruitful.
3. Asking for feedback for me is important, since presentation is something that is targeted for the audience to perceive. Unless tha audience is able to perceive the presented information properly, the presentation is not fruitful. Hence it is always important for me to ask for feedback after delivering a presentation, so that any loopholes could be amended and my endeavour for perfection would be achieved.
