Explanation / Answer
The event or perspective presented in timelines of social science that is most interesting to me is the concept of slavery. It is seen that this social evil had its roots in the ancient civilizations of Greece were free labor developed due to the feudal system leading to the growth of this practice. Later Europe made colonies and thus made people slaves in their colonies. Slaves were even transferred from Africa to America beginning in the 16th century. However, later this perspective changed in America; with the implementation of the 13th amendment. We study individuals, by studying their behavior as part of psychology and groups, or cultures in the study of sociology as sociology is a study of group psychology.
