Attractiveness related to employability---This topic helps us in understanding a social theory that how employability and salary difference depends upon behavior, beauty, attractiveness in jobs in social institutions.A survey was organised which calculated the attractivness levels in jobs of males and females starting with salesman job to jobs in films. Beautiful people are more attractive, have a likeliness for more people, many people in the society view them and appreciate them.They have a more social behavior, are well behaved and payed heavily in the work they perform. The beauty levels can also be increased by using creams, cosmetics and herbal products which increase the beauty of person but evolutionary and genetic beauty is more appreciated and such evolutionary races,groups, are payed more in jobs for example entertainment industry, films, TV serials, comedy serials and children serials.

The bias is in the evolutionary races salary and payed policies as people who have more refined genetic background are payed more as they define their beauty on screen with smartness and intelligence and artificial beauty with creams is payed less with less significant evolutionary protruding jaws races.

People like talking to these people, and more people easily convince business in jobs for partnerships and collaborations in firms ,investment in shares with lot of profit for the organisation.

The skull shape, head shape and size, nose shape and size,height ,weight, body muscle and size along with muscle tone is compared in various evolutionary races and are payed accordingly in different races apart from cosmetics difference on sceen in films.

Further sexual misconduct,inappropriate behavior and crime can be handled in beautiful people more easily as they have a broad outlook and payed heavily than less beautiful people who are difficult to handle after sexual and behavior misconduct as they demand heavy compensation although they are not so beautiful with refined evolutionary background race.

Attractive and beautiful people are also more prone to sexual misconduct and behavioral misconduct than less beautiful people with higher incidence of crime for more attractive and beautiful people.
