They didn't care teaching about the market changes . They just follow the same pattern again and again which is not useful most of the times.

Autocratic leadership Style- This type of leadership style is not popular . In this style only one person enjoys all the power. Others ideas are usually neglected in this case.

Understanding team and coordinating them-Sometimes, We fail to know what's going on in someone's mind. I try to put myself in their shoes but unable to get into their mind. So, at times, I find it difficult to coordinate the team members due to couple of reasons.
