Role exit - The process of detaching or exiting from a role that is true to self-identity of an individual so that a new role and identity could be taken. For example, if a police officer started as an officer, but decided to retire from his present position or job and now settles to teach as a Professor of Criminal Justice in any college. So he has left his precursory role and took over his new role. As a professor he manages his class under his rules and students obey according to his rules. However, sometimes role exists can become a strenuos decision but they are vital for our process of socialization as we adjust to different responsibilities and grasp something from every roel that we take.

Primary group - It is generally a small social group whose members share close, personal and long lasting relationships. These groups are noticeable by their concern for one another member in culture and shared activities.Family, close friends, and extremely powerful social groups are examples of primary group.

Secondary group - People of this group communicate less than the members of the primary grpoup especially on personal level and their relation are short term . Since secondary groups are made to do functions, roles of people are more replaceable. A secondary group is a group one choses to be the part of. They choices are done depending upon the interests and activities. Secondary groups are groups in which individuals exchange explicit objects like labour for wages, services for payments, etc. Examples of secondary group would be employment, vendor-to-client relationships, etc.
