Explanation / Answer

1. Cognitive map: In the middle of the night, when it’s dark and all the lights are off, I am easily able to find my way to the bathroom without having to switch on any light. This is because my cognitive map helps me remember the layout of my house.

2. Latent learning: I learned several interpersonal skills in college, such as how to handle conflicts but it did not become apparent to me until I started working in an office and had a handle a major conflict with my colleague.

3. Discovery learning: When I used to study maths, I was able to figure out a lot of solutions through discovery learning. Sometimes I would spend copious amounts of time with a single problem and all of a sudden, the solution would make itself apparent to me.

4. Observational learning: My sense of fashion has been determined purely through observational learning. I like to notice current fashion trends in the industry, the clothes worn my my celebrity idols and make purchases accordingly.
