It is true that the economy moves through business, but it is also true that there are circumstances where human beings must be respected. Today patients see themselves as clients and this is leading us to a maelstrom of perversity that if we allow it to continue we self-destruct. If we leave the office, pharmacies wait for us with guns, because unlike other countries, medicines are a robbery. Nor is much of preventive medicine, which should be the north of the government, but business has led them to address the disease. Health is one of the pillars of society and therefore we must prevent to avoid healing. However, in the USA the roles have been reversed and much have to do with pharmaceutical companies that bait doctors, especially specialists, with vouchers and travel, in exchange for subjecting patients to expensive medicines. They even use our doctors to try new drugs and follow up to see the results that will work in other countries. In short, we are his laboratory and the patients, like guinea pigs, subject them to experiments without realizing it. It is time to make health a good. We must put an end to the pills-addiction-society to which we have become, because of the disease of the vile business.

I believe the business case for diversity and cultural competence in US health care is not strong enough. Health care provider organizations should make strategic diversity management and cultural competence as a high priority. It is time to see cultural competence beyond ethnic currents or minority groups and different from the culture of origin of professionals. Receiving the health care services is the right for each and every individual of the society and it cannot be limited to few some. As American economy is mainly the market-driven and thus everything is driven by the forces of the market. Despite having the utmost significance of market factors, one should not avoid human values while dealing with various factors.

If we look at the present scenario, the patients are mainly treated as a client and I this process continue to prevail, it will lead the American society to the maelstrom of perversity. The pharmacy companies are waiting for the patients to hunt which is not a common phenomenon anywhere else in the world. In fact, preventive medicines should be made available to the common people by the government but even in that part business has controlled the reins. Due to increased marketing activities, the entire industry is now governed by the private organizations which attract the doctors to write the costly medicines so that they can earn vouchers and travel. In fact, these companies entice these doctor to experiment the trail medicines on the patients. This creates a very serious scene of external and uncontrollable medical lab where patients are given experimental treatments without their consent to notice. Now, the society as a whole need to take some serious actions and focus more on health issues and create a society free from pills-addiction.

In my opinion, the present scene is quite worrying as the government is not playing an active role in this regard. In most of the countries, healthcare and regulation in this industry is the prime responsibility of the government. Thus society as a whole must create a pressure on the government to rectify these flaws.
