1. The 10 elements mentioned above covers all the aspects that are essential to be covered to to form the code of ethics of the business. The code shoud cover the internal and external factors, the deliverables of the business, how the employees should work and be treated, what are the responsibilities of the organization towards market, environment and governement policies and how to work with maintaining the records and privacy of the internal information of the company with full loyalty.

2. Code of Ethics is important from the employer's point of view because he can keep parameters based on the code to follow for all the employees on equal basis. The expectation of the company from the employees, suppliers and stakeholders can be communicated easily which will help in smooth functioning of activities. The responsibilities of the employees towards the employer and organization are well defined so the employer can implement them effectively. The employer can understand his responsibilities towards the employees, government policies and market ethics. Based on the code he can build strong relationships and reputation in the market. It helps the employer to understand the limitations and scope and form strategies to increase market effeciency.

3. The code of ethics is important for the employee as he understands the rights he has working in the organization and the responsibilities he posseses being a part of the organization. It provides guidelines for the employees to work according to certain norms and policies. Helps in maintaining the work environment in which all employees are treated in a just manner and can work with intigrety and respect. They can be legally protected by the rights mentioned in the code defending them from lawsuits. They can ensure their position and security in the workplace with the loyalty and honesty they give to the company based on the code of conduct. It helps in maintaining a happy friendly and trsutworthy atmosphere in the organization among employees, with the employer and with the ither stakeholders involved in the business activities.
