Children may eat well at one meal and have no appetite at another. Rather than seeing this as a problem, it may help to realize that appetites do vary. Continue to provide good nutrition, but do not worry excessively if the child does not eat. 3. Keep it pleasant. This tip is designed to help caregivers create a positive atmosphere during mealtime. Mealtimes should not be the time for arguments or expressing tensions. You do not want the child to have painful memories of mealtimes together or have nervous stomachs and problems eating and digesting food due to stress. 1) There are sone people , in sone culture who show their anger by not eating It seems to be kind if tool in such culture because eating is given due importance and not eating is considered inauspicious or dangerous for health.

If People donot show this behavior and use other available tools the culture will adopt this changed behavior over a period of time. It is shown by every age group, but generally shown by child as he is immature. So this tip cab easily change childs behavior . People in old age generally donot show this behavior and dies not require much focus.

2)Every parents are concerned with health and nutrition of child. But one should also recognize the human body and it's appetite behavior which varies with time and external environment. It is the child who know how appetite he is feeling. Parents donot need to force because forced food will not be useful in nutrition rather it may averse child from food. Culture who care for nutrition should be made to realise the fact that food converts into nutrition only if it is well digested. Forcing the child for food does not ensure digestion rather it may create certain problem. If people are made aware of this fact , they will stop such practise and develop more cohort practise. Adults generally understand this pheponeno but for themselves while child donot understand and parents force them. So tips may well be taken by child but parents need special attention on this aspect. Moreover, in old age it beconesbmore necessary as digestive capacities changes.

3) There is a saying food cooked in good mood is good for health . Similarly there should be good atmosphere around when one eats. Body produces various harmones that may affect the aoetiteap, digestion etc.

Some culture promotes dining table discussion of issue. Such habit must be changed .This tips apply specially to adults and okdoage people as child donot take so much pressure of anything .
