the information provided of "faking it until becoming it " very useful. It is that thought leads to behaviour . you are making routines and habbits that you wouldnt neccesarily be doing otherwise . this is an natural behavioural change . this intern helps in interview as you are seen as a very confident and dominat young person who can do the job and seperates you from the lot.
This stratergy can be applied in the workplace as this gives you a tool to work on ones shortcoming or adding charm and gravitas to ones appeal at workplace as a natural leader.
Confident open seating position with minimal fiddling would be an appropriate nonverbal communication of being calm . you can also sit with a upright posture making you look grander and more confident and self aware of yourself.
being clumsy , slouching , hunching and being cucookned inwards would be an inappropriate non verbal communivation at an interview . Also winking would be very inappropitate .
