The supporters of the project should be given a representative participation. This will boost their involvement in the project and help spread the support.

Observers are unlikely to get involved in the project. At the extreme circumstance they will likely become supporters of the project. Hence they can be involved through nominal participation.

5. As a project manager, I would need to review company's purchasing policies. I may also want to speak to my supervisor and procurement team in order to understand what are the processes and steps required to purchase products for the project.
