In our above question, to find out what is our bottleneck, first we need to calculate the time spent on each resource.
As mentioned in vase, to comprlete one resource the other also needs to be completed so for flow A
Resource 1 = 60/5 ( 60 units in a day so in 5 mins it will be 60/5) * 2 workers *8 hours a day = 192
Resource 2 = 60/3* 2*8 = 320
Resource 3 = 60/15* 1 * 8 = 32
Resource 4 = 60/0 * 1* 8 = 480
Resource 5 = 60/6*2*8 = 160.
So according to above calculation resource 3 is less so the bottleneck will be Resource 3 And the flow rate will be 32.
