Questions:
Have you worked for a great manager. Identify and describe a great manager. What makes him or her stand out from the crowd?
Or, if you can't think of one, have you ever worked for a bad manager? Describe the causes and the consequences of their ineffectiveness.
In the each Discussion, your grade will be based on (1) clarity of thought, (2) tying in the textbook concepts as well as personal work experience, (3) and finally college level writing in terms of sentence construction and grammar and punctuation.
I recommend writing your Discussion Posts in Word so that you can draft a good response and then spend time revising it to earn the maximum grades possible. Grammar matters and so does spelling. Spend time formulating a response; your grade will reflect the good work.
Remember, there are no right or wrong answers. This is simply a conversation.
BIDNESSETC GMExplanation / Answer
Explanation:
The great manager brings out best in their employee with motivational things and encourage them whenever they lack the motivation. The great manager defines by his effort to succeed organization towards new heights of achievement. Great manager take his staff with him on road of success as he know that no game could be won without a supporting team.
In one of my job, I was supported so much by manager who was kind and humble enough to draw out mistakes and correct kindly to make people better at what they are doing. The journey was excellent since the captain was better enough to lead the ship towards the desired destination. He encouraged all to take few new skills that can bring change to everyone’s work life, pushing everyone to be better version of self. He also popular among owners as he held the organization on top and reached there from nothing. He was there from birth of organization and saw another branch successfully coming out of that.
Great managers are hard to find and to maintain, since it’s not easy to keep the personality like that in atmosphere where people’s efforts are not appreciated. The result and success they bring is extraordinary. These managers are role model for many emerging leaders and employees.
