Introduction :- According to W.H.O Rachel is not healthy because,

W.H.O Defines health as, complete social, mental and physical well being person is healthy, lack of any of this is not considerd as healthy. And in case of Rachel she is facing and depression which does'nt justify her mental health.

So, she is sound physically healthy but not mentally and as she is divorced and not able to cope up with situation that also harming her social life too.
