When people consider whether to exercise, they weigh the pros and cons. The more benefits a person is able to identify, the more likely it is that the person will become more intrinsically motivated to exercise. In this Forum imagine that you are working with a person who doesn't exercise regularly. In your first post identify at least 4 pros and 4 cons of exercise. Your goal here is to both persuade the non-exerciser, and convince those who fund exercise programs that their investment is beneficial.

The best gift that God has given us, is our health , so it is our obligation to keep ourselves healthy. somebody has rightly said that a sound Body Keeps a sound mind. exercise daily has numerous benefits. people do exercise to keep themselves fit. I'm a working person and exercise makes me fit - mentally as well as physically. One of my friends in my office does not take exercise seriously, he most of the times makes excuses and runs away from the exercise. I get lot of benifits from exercise.
I observe above mentioned benifit due to regular exercise which my friend always blame.however, there are some cons of exercise also but those are miner to be neglected:
