1.The arguments by systems theory are as follows:
The organization is the place where the diversity is present either in the culture, values, beliefs, knowledge or in area of expertise. Hence, there is different level of learnings and understanding of the same statements. So, the organization has to overcome these differences by properly guiding the employees or human resources of the organization at their level of understanding. The system theory works when the employees are well enough to tackle the situation and understand their team as unity. The employees need to cooperate, guide or share the experience within the team. This would develop the team of understanding. The stronger the relationship the stronger the unity in the team. The unity would help each other in their problem-solving capabilities.
