The total amount of drugs required in mg = no. of tablets * mass of drug = 150 * 50 = 7500 mg

The minimum number of tablets required to make the formulation is

( total amount of drugs / mass of 1 drug in tablet )

140 mg tablet contain 100 mg drug

350 mg capsule contains ( 100 / 140) * 350 mg = 250 mg
