1. Yeah. Every human should maintain these to live as an individual and can do their works through out their live with out depends on anyone.

These helps us to maintain body weight and make us physically fit. Also give your confidence and make you less risk of injuries.

2. Resistance training improves muscular strength and endurance.

It also helps us to increase muscular strength and also making muscle work against the force or weight. And inturn it helps us in burning calories.

3. This includes dumbbells lifting. And also push ups and chin ups

4. Flexibility training lengthen and stretch muscles which can help you prevent injuries, back pain ,and balance problem.

5. This includes yoga. Dance, and also I will walking upstairs because my office in 4th floor .
