Lots of fruits, vegetables, pulses, cereals, whole grain, multi grain & adequate amounts of fluid & fibre rich food should be consumed . She should also consume eggs, green leafy vegetables & sprouted seeds so that her diet is balanced & she doesn't have any deficiencies.
