As the patient is suffering from hyperthyroidism the levels of T3 and T4 would be raised above the normal. The hyperthyroidism is characterized by an elevate level of thyroid hormones in the blood
Regulation of the thyroid hormone
The Hypothalamus releases Thyroid Hormone Release Hormone which stimulates the Pitutary to realease Thyroid Stimulating Hormone which Stimulates the thyroid to release the Thyroid hormone. In case of a Thyroid hormone deficiency the positive feedback is sent to the Pitutary thus increasing levels of TSH in blood and decreased levels of T3,T4 in blood a symptom of hypothyroidism while in case of hyperthyroidism the conditions re reverse the levels of T3,T4 re high in the blood and the negative feedback thus the level of TSH is decreased.
