In reality, some of these systems would cause many biological difficulties (excessive blood pressure, hormonal driven hostility, etc,) You would need to solve these system incompatibility issues while deriving a superhero having the powers and abilities you have chosen.. U can start with managing Human system one by one like circulatory system, respiratory system, digestive system, nervous system, muscular system etc. U can also make diagram to explain your internal organ functioning. For that you can study detailed information on human system functions then only you can answer in 3D manner. For example, to explain hormone driven action you have to study endocrine system and make diagram of hormonal effect on different organs.
