In this specific case I completely agree with the courts findings as in this specific situation maintenance of the specific Healthcare facility is very essential to provide quality Healthcare to the patients.
As the defendant said he does not create specific environment, his responsibility was not to create the specific environment but to maintain the environment for being hygienic as well as having an intensive approach towards better health care provided to the patients. Finding done by the court is totally correct and the ruling given in this specific case is also correct because of the ethical terms involved in the specific case.
Unethical practices such as non hygienic conditions and negligence in maintenance was one of the most influence factor for the specific decision which was done by the court.
Negligence of the services which are mandatory to be provided to the patient and violation of different fire safety guidelines as well as different guidelines for one of the main legal implications which were involved in the case.
On and ethical standard level of care provided to the patient as well as maintenance of the hygienic environment for the patient are also involved in the final decision making by the court. Which decided the Court against the defendant.
