a) CBC = 150 , (Task 1 = 55 , Task 2 = 75, Task = 20 till week 3 , Add all 3 )

b) CAC = 175 (Task 1 = 60 , Task 2 = 90, Task = 25 till week 3 , Add all 3 )

c) CEV = sum (Actual completion %* Budget at completion)

= 100% of 55 + 90% of 75 + 50% of 40 = 55+67.5+20 = 142.5

d) CV = CEV - CAC = 142.5-175 = (22.5) in thousands

The value of the work performed through week 3 is $22500 less than the amount actually expended.

SV = EV - PV = 142.5 - 150 = - 7.5 , This means wer are behind schedule.
