Part A- Peptic Ulcer,

GERD is a ACID REFLUX disease associate with oesophagus and its symptoms. DIVERTICULOSIS is the formation of pouch in intestine. Gastritis is the inflammation of superficial layers of stomach.

Part B - Stomach; duodenum; duodenum

Lower part of Stomach and upper part of duodenum are the most common site for for peptic ulcer because H.Pylori are mostly concentrated at these sites. Also, together they are more susceptible to acid attack due to their relative physical location. Amongst them duodenum is the most common site.

Part C - milk and antacids.

Cold milk provides symptomatic relief and antacids tend to antagonize the excessive acid by neutralising it.

Part D- bleeding; peritonitis

Bleeding occurs due to rupture of blood vessels. Inflammation of peritoneum is termed as Peritonitis. Pleuritis relates to Lung and Pericarditis to heart.

Part E- stress; nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs

Both are predisposing factors, and NSAIDs are highly causative as the work to release mediators that cause injury.

Part G- Helicobacter Pylori

H.Pylori is the leading cause of causing gastric ulcers due to its various specific properties like adhesins, motility, elaboration of urease etc.

Part H - Hydrochloric; parietal

H2SO4 is not synthesised in stomach. G cells synthesise gastrin.

Part I - proton

Part J- gastrin; acetylcholine; proton pump inhibitor

Both gastrin and acetylcholine increase PUD by local and systemic effects. Proton Pump inhibitor inhibit H+ secretion and thus susides the condition.
