1. Sarin is Organophosphate compound. It cause inhibition of Acetylcholine Estrase which normally hydrolyse Acetylcholine and thus terminates it's action. Thus inhibition of Ach E results in excessive Ach and.the symptoms are due to this excessive Ach -

A). It increases their their firing rate because Acetylcholine is available for.longer time and in excess which stimulate these neuron.

B). Concentration of Acetylcholine increase at Neuro muscular junction which stimulate Ach receptor on muscles. It can lead to increased contraction, muscles fatigue, muscle cramp and fasciculation.

C). Acetylcholine is released from parasympathetic system on heart and parasympathetic causes bradycardia. Thus sarin would cause bradycardia.
