Monday: Walking for Forty five minutes.
Tuesday: First set: Advanced mat workout for Twenty five minutes like single leg bridges, lying straight leg lowers, two part push-ups, Superman and one arm side push-ups with fifteen repetition each by switching sides.
Wednesday: Run fast for one minute and walk for one minute. Continue this for twenty minutes i.e. ten minutes of fast running and ten minutes of walking.
Thursday: Cycling for thirty minutes.
Friday: Second set: Advanced mat workout for twenty five minutes as discussed for tuesday.
Saturday: Playing tennis for forty five minutes.
Sunday: Take rest and relax.
