Explanation / Answer

Cholesterol intake was 258mg per day. Its not a too high intake . Recomended is 300mg per day. If there is a serious risk of heart disease then intake should be reduced to 200 mg per day. Basically cholesterol is made by our body and rest we get it from foods from animals such as meat , dairy products, etc...they are rich in saturated fat content whereas plant sources are usually rich in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats which should account for 6 to 11% calorie of daily intake. Saturated fat should be less than 7 % and trans sholud be less than 1% omega fatty acids from fish liver oil.
