The decrease in the partial pressure of oxygen in muscle will lead to left shift in the curve and a high affinity of heamoglobin to oxygen,so heamoglobin will be saturated and there will be less release of oxygen in the tissues that is less unloading of oxygen.The saturation of heamoglobin at alveoli will be 100% but in muscles will be lower.
