A. Cycle time of the ABX-60 : Add the lead time of each operations from operation 1 to 5, it will gives the lead time of the ABX-60, as below

B. HIgher Efficiency of ABX-60 = (lead time difference (old -ABX-60) /The lead time of old controller)*%

Higher Efficiency of ABX-60 = ((10.2 -10.0)/10.2)*100

Higher Efficiency of ABX-60 = 2 %

Thus the efficient of new ABX-60 controller is higher by 2% compared to the efficiency of old controller.
