X Ray earlier comprised just of a electron emitting electrode and a photographic plate and a CRT. High vacuum x Ray made their appearance in 1913 which use thousands of volts power. There was always an assumption that it leads to various cancers and other harmful disease but not much was known about it. Modern day X-ray include a short phase Ray and a detector. The x Ray is produced as a result of interaction between anode and nuclei made up of tungsten. It is then computerised and printed on photographic films.
The differences were in the course of handling. Earlier machines were not producing an apt and accurate images with formed variations than actual and not so clear. No, with the Advent of technology accurate and precise imaging is the advantage. Also it is easy to develop and x-ray and much of the work is done by AI.
