It specifically makes use of radiowaves, Imaging (MRI) magnetics to produce detailed images of structures of body. It is a kind of radiology technique. The magnetic field is essentially powerful in this case Fluoroscopy It is a kind of imaging technique. It uses continuous X rays to obain real time moving images of structures. It is used by the doctors so as to see the pumping action of heart or for obtaining images for swallowing Angiography/ Arteriography It is a medical imaging technique which is used for visualising the internal part of blood vessels or the lumen.It is also used to visualise the arteries, veins and blood vessels. Ultrasound is used to visualize fetus during prenatal care, detecting pelvic abnormalities, detecting presence of gall and kidney stones. X ray can be used in identifying bone structures, detecting presence of gall and kidney stones, identifilung diseases, bone fractures. CT is used to detect infarction, bone and joint fractures, heart disease, cancer, hemorrhage, bone trauma. MRI is used to confirm the diagnosis of neoplasm, vascular disease, head trauma. Fluoroscopy is used in investing GI tract, performing angiography, orthopedic and urological surgeries, liver biopsy. Angiography is used to detect heart disease such as coronary heart disease, atherosclerosis.
