Theory of hierarchy was proposed by maslow.it has been proposed in the form of pyramid which has most fundamental needs at the bottom and needs for actualization and transcendence (self) at the top.

The basic needs includes physiological,esteem,socioculture dimension,environmental dimension,emotional,intellectual and spiritual dimension.

B ans C) locomotion comes under physical need which makes it lie under basic fundamental need.

Speaking comes under socioculture dimensions and again under basic fundamental needs.
