Educate them about team work like sharing and caring but not a burden to others. If they succeed the credit goes to team leader, if it fails it is because of team members, and so on, all these wrong notions must be remove from their ideas.

And it comes to management, they are there to take care of everything, but not for firing or stressing the employees. Usually most of the managements treats their employees in a fair way only, there may be few people who do not treat the employees good. But she also work on this to create positive image about management in the employee minds. And also highlight their achievements, they were good enough, so they were captured good market share at one point of time. But now due to some problems, it was declined. Now it is the time to identify all the mistakes and correct them to stands at top level like earlier.

People definitely beleives her, but it takes some times. people may have different mind sets, they experienced different types of people, come across many hard situations, so it take some time to comeout from all these.
