27) A 57 year old female has a tumor compressing the structures passing through right internal acoustic meatus. The structures passing through the internal acoustic meatus are fascial nerve, vestibulo-cochlear nerve and labyrinthine artery. Fascial nerve is responsible for salivation from salivary glands. Vestibulo-cochlear nerve is responsible for hearing and balance. When, vestibular component of this nerve gets affected, vertigo and nystagmus can occur and when cochlear component gets affected, there will be a loss of hearing.

Anisocoria is difference in the size of pupils between the two eyes. This is least expected in this patient. So,the answer for this question is anisocoria (option e).
