Complete diagram is not visible, so i will write the vessels from brachiocephalick trunk up to vein.

Brachiocephalic trunk artery arise from arch of aorta in right side , dividing in to right subclavian artery goes to upper limb blood supply, and 2nd part to the right common carotid artery goes to head region.

Right common carotid divide to right internal carotid arteta in brain, here it divide anteriorly to supply frontal lobe via right anterior cerebral artery and parietal lobe via right middle cerebral artery, its branches supply parietal lobe, also branches from right and left vertebral artery present backside fuse to form single basillar artery divide to form posterior cerebellar artey and countinue to move upward divide to form left and right posterior cerebral artery, communicate to middle cerebral artery via posterior communicating artery, form cicle of willus, its branches supply parietal lobe of brain.

Vein- blood from superior and transverse saggital sinus goes to sigmoid sinus, in to the right internal juglar vein, goes to right brachiocephalic vein finally drain to superior vena cava in to right atrium of heart.
