1- If we analyse the Deepwater Horizon disaster then there were drastic change in attitude among all the stakeholders of BP in pre and post disaster. They were relying 100% in technology and didin't gave them second thought about the possibility of oil spilage. Such was the case with the regulators also. We should believe in techology but always other possibilities which technology do not decipher should also properly looked upon.
2- In the future the employees including all the stakeholders of BP even the civil society are becoming more concerned about damage such thing can caused.people are taking more precautionary measures so that such disaster can be avoided with double and even triple cheching of things which are having potential of danger.
