Pregnancy rate:- Pregnancy rate is a total number of pregnancies including live births, including abotions and fetal deaths per 1000 momen age 15-44 year in a specified geographical area during a specified time.

     Teen pregnancy in United states, In 2015, a total number of approx 230000 babies were born to women aged 15-19 year, for a birth rate of about 23 per 1000 women in this group. This is another record low for U.S. teens and a drop of about 8% from 2014

Birth control products should be free to anyone for use because it can reduce women's cancer risk combined birth control pills can lower your risk for ovarian and endomentrial cancers and preventing unintended pregnancies on its own is beneficial for women's and children's health. By the facts excluding miscarriages 42% of untended pregnancies ended in abotions which can also controlled by birth control products.

In United States in the past decades, birth control has been one of th more impartant topics. Some popular birth control methods are female and male condoms and the birth control pills. Even both of these protect against pregnacy and female and male condoms help protect against HIV and sexually transmitted deseases.

Above facts raises the quistion, should teenagers be allowed to recieve birth control methods without their parents permission. Most of the teenagers do not go to their parents for birth control because they are afraid. In general teenagers do not want their parents knowing they have sex. Parents knowledge or consent does not matter, matter is how can reduce problems.
