For remembering information from our textbook in order to do well on the exam we should try to understand the information given in the text and read it repeatedly. After this, we can practice making notes and writing about this information on one's own. A strategy for improving the memory includes making the mental association for remembering. For example, if we have remembered something about apples we can make an association I.e. the fruit that is red. Repetition also improves memory.
