Michael Buchanan, (2016), BBC News: Exam stress 'Among teen suicide causes'.

The article explains about various factors that contribute to teen suicides such as exam pressure and physical health condtions that has been proved by researches. The suicide rates and the contributing factors are of the following, 36% for physical health condition such as acne or asthma, 29% for facing exams or exam, results, 28% for being bereaved and 22% for being bullied face to face. It also consists of two case studies of young people, the first is a girl who had attempted suicide several times for being bullied and the other boy who had committed suicide. Thus, this article has intended to create an awareness among people regarding the teen suicides.

Alan Henry, (2014), Life Hacker: Productivity 101- A Primer to The Pomodoro Technique.

The article discusses about the Promodoro technique that was found by Francesco Cirillo. This technique involves a tomato - shaped timer, that is used for taking short intervals in between a long task, and this help to increase a person's attention and concentration with a refreshing break of about 5 to 10 minutes in between the working hours.
