Divisional organization is more horizontal instructure. Divisional organization have structure having divisons at various market place like cities,states,different geographies like USA, Europe, China,India, and also across product line like cars, trucks, buses for an automobile compnay. The structure is horizontal in divisional organiztion where people work as a team and no such formal authority lies in one hand.
