As per a recent survey, it has been seen that many car buyers try to find any car company details in social media. It is easier rather than to find it on car dealers website,

Now I am mentioning the ways to create and capture customer value for car companies through social media here.

1> Facebook - Many car companies have created their company page on Facebook. They are always uploading their car product details and a video clip of the car parts on that page. They create Facebook ads for the product and post on other different pages/sites. It helps them for car product promotion.

Many of customers are using Facebook and they always try to find these car ads. They click on car ads to find car details.

2> Twitter - Twitter continues to be a popular choice for auto consumers. As per a recent research 32000, car related tweets are sent out daily and 75% of these are directly related to owning or shopping. Using keyword targeting these advertisements are sent to the customer homepage who have shown interest in car buying.

3> Instagram -  Instagram, primarily used on mobile devices, is all about taking, sharing, and uploading pictures and videos. Instagram provides a great platform to creatively share any car brand’s story and their products.

4> Youtube - Many customers really want to see car model and it's parts video before buying it. They can see car comparison videos on the YouTube. It helps them to find a right car as per their need. So they browse the YouTube site and see videos.

5> Pininterest - Pinterest is great for the car company in several ways. because it has such a large female audience. Pinterest is also great for making SEO presence by sharing landing pages, pictures or pinning blog posts. These help to get more traffics for any car company.
