Question
Can someone help me with this assignment, I could really use someone's help. This week you should select a game that can be mapped by an automata. This means the game will have a finite set of states (for which certain conditions are true) and an exit condition. The jumping game of Hopscotch is the perfect example where the board is fixed and only the location of the player changes. Write a description of the game and define the automata for how a player makes a move. Follow the criteria below for your report. Include the following in your report: A brief explanation of the computing concepts to be modeled. A brief explanation of how the game functions, if the game was created by you. A brief explanation of the original game on which you have based your assignment, if the game already exists. A brief explanation of how the game was integrated with the concepts of computing, if the game already exists. Three scenarios of gameplay including: The setup of the game The desired outcome A sample game for each scenario Your submission will be evaluated on the following criteria: The adaptability of the game chosen to the week's topic The extent to which the game and the computing concepts integrate The quality of the work submitted by you The completeness of each week's report Cite any sources you use in the APA format on a separate page.Explanation / Answer
The game selected is Mastermind game.
In mastermindgame, the guesscode is fixed, the player tries to guess the code and hints are provided at every guess, total 10 attempts may be available to correctly guess the guesscode.
Setup:
One player enters guesscode and second player have ten attempts to guess the code.
Desired outcome
Player either correctly guesses and wins or hints are provided after every guess until ten guesses.
Hope it helps.
